We got to spend a relaxed morning with the founders of Stardust.  I asked about the creation story of how Stardust was born, the style, design and vibes.  They make classics from scratch, with tasty 'stardust' unique additions.  I'm tragically one of those foodies that just cannot leave anything behind... I appreciate good food so much it just seems invalid to abandon the last bite.  The last bite earned its own merit and therefore deserves honorary respect.  Stardust is worth every single bite.  First to last.

Stardust is located in downtown Boise with parking close and easy.  Think David Bowie with Eggs Benny and cool cat coffee.  Regulars sit at the counter, larger friend groups push tables together and the young couple sit outside in the sun with their sunglasses and jackets in March.  We sat in the window and took it all in.

We sampled all the favorites and plan to collect as many friends and family as possible to go back for more.  Don't sit next to me... I will steal your Mezcal Butter.  You'll see why.
